Communal Area 

The communal area, with its South African midcentury modern design, combines comfort and style making it an ideal space for dialogue. A multitude of seating opportunities gives you a chance to engage with others, to relax, to read, or to enjoy a meal.

On cold days the gas fireplace could heat up the room, and on hot days the concrete floor will cool the area.

The downstairs area also serves as a gallery featuring the works of local artists and it will be open to the public for a few hours once a week.
