Perched on Dorp Street in the Bo- Kaap neighborhood is DAC, an oasis of calm and serenity.

The three-story house is one of the tallest buildings in Bo- Kaap. You will experience stunning sunsets and views of the city and Table Mountain from the balconies.

There are two artist spaces which consist of a bedroom plus an atelier for you to work.  The studios occupy the second and the top floor.

The ground floor offers a communal area with a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside area includes a large terrace and a plunge pool.
